Ingesting Sides come the Hardcore punk band from Sydney, Australia. Formed within late 2002, a band quickly established itself when one of a leading members of the Australian Hardcore scene.

Combining an old-school healthy sustaining thrashy, croaky vocals, Ingesting Sides draw from either a diverse range of musical influences, including the likes of Negative Approach, Dirty Rotten Imbeciles and Chain Of Strength. Fallowing signing using Sydney's Resist Records, the band freed a easily-received demonstration cassette around mid-2003, which was shortly followed by their incendiary six-track EP, Smashingly A Windows To The Dead Hearts.

An incredible survive placed has seen a band play shows by having a likes of Sick Of It All, Terror and Good Riddance, during which it use now and then covered tracks by large straight-edge elastic like Floorpunch and Carry On.

Presently, Ingesting Sides come recording their debut album Dresscode, which is slated for an April 2005 release in Resist Records.
